Shipping Information
- Please ensure shipping information is complete AND correct. Include suite, floor, unit/room number. Orders with incomplete information may not be able to be filled. Incorrect information may cause delivery delays. Refunds will not be provided. A $20.00 (twenty dollar) service charge applies to address corrections made per shipment.
- Orders paid by check: Orders will be shipped after payment is received. A $15 processing fee is applied for any returned checks (NSF), at which point a credit card is required.
- No deliveries to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- Every attempt is made to ship within 48 hours of confirmed orders, however, this may not be possible during peak seasons (holidays and special occasions). If a specific ship date is needed, please include a note with your order.
- Shipping is via UPS
- Shipment is FOB Ventura, CA
- Summer rates:
- Applies May thru October AND during heat conditions at other times.
- During warm weather, special insulated packing materials and ice gel packs are used.
- SUMMER shipments via overnight priority, Monday thru Thursday only. Any other shipment selection is not recommended.
- Winter rates:
- Applies November thru April (weather permitting, otherwise summer rates apply)
- Shipping options (where available) include: Overnight, 2-day and ground delivery.
- LOCAL deliveries available, upon request, to BUSINESS addresses only and are limited to:
- Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo, Port Hueneme: $16.00 per order, per location
- Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Agoura Hills, Moorpark: $25.00 per order, per location
- Calabasas, Simi Valley: $28 per order, per location
- Local deliveries are made by a courier service. Prices vary depending on destination.
- National holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are excluded from delivery days.
- Shipments within the USA only. Signature optional, unless requested. We cannot be responsible for packages received by someone other than the designated party.
- Shipping prices apply only to the 48 contiguous states. Will quote for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Please email any special requests or notations.
- Shipping and/or delivery cost is per address, per package.
